Crow Mountain Baptist Church is dedicated to protecting your online and private information. This statement applies to our online presence, all websites that are either operated or offered by Crow Mountain Baptist Church and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Crow Mountain Baptist Church, MyCMBC, or Teen Fusion, you consent to data practices as described in this statement.

In order to better serve you from any of our online entities, we may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

– Email Address
– Phone Number

If you utilize Crow Mountain Baptist Church’s online donation portal, they will collect your credit or debit card information. That information will solely be used to complete your online donation. By choosing to make an online donation, you agree to hold harmless both Crow Mountain Baptist Church and FlockBase (our online donation portal) free from any litigation regarding your online donation.

In addition, all donations that are made to Crow Mountain Baptist Church or Teen Fusion, are complete and non-refundable. You will be able to receive your receipt information upon completion of the online donation.
In the event of any unauthorized transactions to your card, this will need to be settled between yourself and your financial institution.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us by utilizing one of our online forms that appear on of the websites that we operate and own. These are limited to online prayer request(s), confirmation of a new salvation and other forms. We do not sell nor offer any of your information to any outside third-party companies.
Use of Your Personal Information

Crow Mountain Baptist Church (MyCMBC) or Teen Fusion only uses your personal information to operate and deliver the requested content or service that you have personally requested.
MyCMBC or Crow Mountain Baptist Church and Teen Fusion may also use your personal identifiable information to inform you of upcoming events or other communications that are pertinent to your specific request.
Sharing Information with Third Parties

Crow Mountain Baptist Church, MyCMBC, Teen Fusion does NOT sell, rent or lease any of your information to any third party.

All and any information that you provide to us is held in upmost secured servers or databases to ensure the integrity of the information you have provided to us.
